Boutique hotel with competent staff. Delightful and outstanding meals. The location reasonable on Cliffs. Based not far from the beach and attractions as well as the communal areas.
Very small bathroom.

very comfortable bed, different to run-of-the-mill hotel decor, friendly but non-obtrusive staff, perfect location overlooking beach and pier.

We loved everything!!!! The staff were lovely, they couldn't do enough for us. Our room was stunning, exactly as it was pictured on the website and the sea views were amazing. Our next visit is already booked, can't wait to go back!!!!

Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, excellent town centre seafront position. Superb food (but expensive and minute portions).
Food was excellent, but expensive and very small portions.

Fantastic, genuinely friendly service from the moment that I walked in.
No lift, but this wasn't a concern for me, although may be for older people.

everything was done to make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as it possibly could be. Service was excellent. Room was compact but luxurious. Restaurant was fabulous.
No space to park in the hotel car park by the time we checked in, but a minor inconvenience which did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

The warm welcome and fast check-in set the tone for our night. Our double room with a sea view was elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and featured good touches like white company toiletries. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a restful night. Breakfast was well-prepared, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Friendly and welcoming staff
Minor suggestions for improvement: 1. Signage - almost impossible to pick out the sign whilst driving by in traffic on the road. I had it set in my sat-nav, but still drove past 5 times then had to telephone to ask where it is located. 2. no shaver point in room - I expected to have one and it was a bit of a surprise not to have one.

The Room was beautiful, it was modern, and clean and bright. The staff were amazing, always smiling, and so accomodating! The Hotel looked lovely inside and out, and was just a stone throw from the activities.
I was expecting a slightly larger room than we got, but our friends stayed up the road a bit and had a luxuary family room, and that was not so big too, so sounds like we got an amazing deal in the end. Would love to return one day!

Friendly service which was not overpowering. Room was great and the big bath an interesting feature. Did not eat in as we had a reservation at a restaurant that had sentimental memories for us.
Lots of stairs!
